Dance studios, local sports teams, anyone that wants to move in a group with friends – for training or play I’m here to support you in your Pilates practice no matter your level of experience.
Studio Duets
$40-50/per person
Pilates for two. Duet sessions incorporate a rotation of mat and reformer exercises throughout the hour. Both participants must be available for the session to be held.
